Apache and virtual host in Mountain Lion

The trouble that lead me to the problems in my previous post was since I upgraded to Mountain Lion, apache was not working as it used to be.
When I used Lion, I was working with apache virtual host directing to several paths in ~/Sites directory. After I upgraded to Mountain Lion, the ○○○.localhost that I already set gave me forbidden access.

My assumption is that since ~/Sites folder need to be created manually its permission is also as strict as other folder under /Users such as Documents etc. So my solution is to move my working directory to ~/Public folder and there it works.
